I have no idea! I am certainly not a medical doctor! Maybe lack of sleep? Too much work? Bad diet? Illness? No idea, sorry 🙁

I don’t know. What’s your lifestyle like? Do you eat good foods, like fruits and whole grains and plenty of water? Do you sleep enough (8 hrs) and at similar times every night? If it’s bad, you should talk to a doctor. Or you could just be a normal student working hard 😉

I don’t know why YOU are always so trired because I don’t know anything else about you.

But generally speaking there are several reasons for explaining tiredness, which is not related to lack of sleep.
Because you are probably between 12 and 18 one of the reasons might be that your daily rhythm of sleeping and being awake is different from the one of adults and the one of younger kids. So you might not feel tired late in the evening but then it’s very hard for you to get up in the morning to go to school. That’s kind of normal.

But several medical issues or diseases can also be responsible for being overly tired. A low blood pressure might be on cause, another one is a deficiency in iron, which might lead to anemia. Another reason might also be that yout thyroid gland does not work properly and does not produce enough of the hormone thyroxine. And I am sure there will be even more reasons and possibilities …

I don’t know, but always a good idea to get stuff like that checked by a doctor as they can help you work out the answer. Or, you just need to go to bed earlier, but there are lots of reasons, many of which can be easily changed (diet etc).
