I really love how some scientific applications can be used to answer bigger questions about the world.

I love telling people about new things I’ve found out – i.e. giving talks and having meetings and stuff. I just like to know something new and explain it to people!

hmmm…my profile says discovering new things! I’m sticking with it 😉 It’s just so much fun to find out something you–and the world!–never knew before.

Looking at other people’s blood in the lab. And travelling around having discussions about my work in different countries with international scientists.

umm, make a mess! I love any experiments that are messy, or look like magic but are actually science in action! I love problems, and often science is the answer!
