• Question: You say that foods like dark chocolate can influence the risk of getting cardiovascular disease, but why do scientists keep saying this? just about everything can supposedly give you this?

      Yes and no.
      Just about every food (except maybe fruit and veg and wholegrain bread) can contribute to the development of heart disease if consumed in excess.

      But we actually look at how dark chocolate might be able to PREVENT cardivascular disease, PROTECT us from getting it!
      And if we would be able to give a recommendation in the end to tell people how much dark chocolate they would have to eat to be less likely for getting heart disease, that would be pretty cool, wouldn’t it?
