      Thursday – Friday is for burgers, Sunday for roast and monday for sushi – just in case it’s not done very well and you get ill, because then you’ll be ill on a work/school day and not over the weekend!

      Prob Weds lunchtimes. i think you need the ingestion of all that fat by about mid-week.
