      hmmm….I like so many! Perhaps munster. Or, depending on my mood, a good sharp cheddar. Or sometimes smoked gouda!

      Cheddar (all mature grades), old Dutch cheese (Edam or Gouda) and Tilsiter.
      (I know that’s more than one … but I just love cheese!)

      Umm, well I really liked French cheese when I was living in Toulouse, but maybe Jarlsberg is my favourite!
