Question: What part of the body would you say shows most evidence of evolution?

Maybe our tailbone (our relic from being animal with a tail)? Or the brain (getting bigger and bigger although being similarly structured)? Maybe also the nerve system in general – from being diffuse via the ladder nerve system towards the central nerve system. Humans have all three types of nerve systems within their bodies, proving that all did work fine but on top of it something even more fancy could develop too.
