• Question: What got you interested in science?

      Maybe scince has always interested me; as it does most people when they are very small – building bricks etc. The first time I really remember proper science was when I saw the Milky Way (stars in our galaxy that you can only see in dark places – looks like a huge cloud of stars going across the sky) when I was about 11.

      My placement year, where I got to pretend to be a scientist for a year. I really enjoyed it (this was only a couple of years ago…)

      My parents probably – we always went out for walks when I was little and my dad would show me all different kinds of plants, animals, fungi. Also he was a chemist and I really liked the smell of his work place (some strange chemical smell ..) 😉
